No. Sential complements property systems but does not replace a listed security or fire-alarm system, emergency services, or your emergency plan.

What happens if an alert triggers at night?+

Automated protection and customer notifications remain active outside Sential’s defined alert-review hours. Local response is coordinated when available and according to your service agreement.

Can I upgrade to Sential Watch if I leave for the winter?+

Yes. Service changes can be discussed as your occupancy pattern changes, subject to scheduling, property assessment, and the current service agreement.
